We thought we are enjoying but we're killing ourselves.
Lets talk about what we consume.
Doing away with all this artificial goodies like Shawarma, pizza, fruit drinks etc isn't a child's play but it worth it.
I am done with Shawarma and Pizza for life, life got no duplicate.
I have come to understand that we indirectly kill ourselves before our time with all those chemical foods and drinks we consume on daily basis.
You can't compare a 20 years old boy of a decade ago and 20 years old boy of today, you will agree with me that a boy of 20 years today will look older like a 25 years old.
All this happens because of the foods and drink we consume today.
This things aren't helping us, rather it's killing us and our generation, people hardly eat fresh vegetables, fruits and nuts.
Just because to show the world you eat good things, you will go park all this chemicals called fruit drinks and caned foods for consumption.
Now, lets do some calculation, Chivita pineapple juice that's one litre which cost 350 NGN or so, do you really think that the pineapple content is up to 50%, I personally don't think so, let's assume it's 50% then the remaining 50% is chemical you consume.
To be frank, you're causing harm to your health. I have come to realise that both the poor and rich can live a healthy lifestyle, only if they want to.
Pineapple and other natural fruits aren't that expensive to compare to the chemical we consume on daily basis stored inside a can.
I personally have made up my mind NEVER to consume all this junks they sell in fast foods. Ordinary jellof rice, they will park all the chemical in the name of spices.
Cancer is now rampant in our society today, this is the effect of the chemical we can't do without.
We have got a lot of diseases everywhere, 60% of the diseases people suffer from are as a result of what they eat and drink.
To live a healthy life, stay clear from all those artificial because it isn't gonna help.
If you want apple juice or pineapple juice, go get fresh ones and make it for yourself, that will keep you fit.
Remember health is wealth.
