The Federal government has declared Monday October 6th
and Tuesday October 7th, 2014 as public holidays to mark the Islamic celebration, Id-El-Kabir.
The Minister of Interior, Mr Abba Moro, made the announcement on behalf of the Federal Government in a statement in Abuja as he urged Nigerians to use the occasion to pray for the peace and unity of the nation.
