A lecturer at the Osun State University (UNIOSUN) died yesterday from injuries he sustained in motor accident two
weeks ago. The Department of History and International Studies lecturer, Mr. Wale
Farawe, was receiving treatment at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Teaching Hospital in Osogbo after he went into comma as a result of the crash The unfortunate accident occurred
during an excursion with students of the university’s Faculty of Humanities and
Culture to the Ayinkunnugba waterfalls in Oke.
A student, David Binuyo and the driver of the vehicle died in instantly in the crash.
